This season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey showed Teresa Giudice and her daughters preparing to say goodbye to their longtime family home. On the April 12 episode of the show, Teresa, Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana officially moved into their new home, and Teresa was eager to see how her daughters would react to the impressive abode.
“Since we bought the house, we have done some renovations,” Teresa explained in an interview. “So I’m so excited for the girls to see their new home.”
While the moving process was certainly bittersweet for Teresa’s daughters, they seemed more than happy with the home they now live in with Luis “Louie” Ruelas and his son, Louie. “This house is crazy,” Teresa could be heard saying offscreen. “I can’t believe I’m going to live in this house, mom.”
Gia said the house was “really nice” and when Gabriella saw her room she kindly turned to Teresa and said, “Thank you so much”.
As seen in the photos below, the house has a wonderful kitchen and a spacious and serene garden. For their first day in their new home, Louie has reserved a special surprise for Teresa in their outdoor space: a stone engraved with the Italian phrase semper insieme. The words, which translate to “always together”, hold a special meaning for Teresa, as she has them tattooed on her ribcage in honor of her late parents.
February 1 Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after the show, Teresa, Louie and Gia shared more details about the home, explaining that it sits on six acres of land and has nine bedrooms. “Everyone has a bedroom, and then there’s a guest bedroom,” Gia said before Louie clarified that one of the bedrooms is “a dog bedroom.”
